It’s the DVD I did with Joe McNally that tells you all you need to know about Nikon’s flash system. It’s $39.95 and it’s available here.
Hands on instruction; makes Nikon’s lighting systems simple. I really enjoyed watching and learning from this. Kudos!

I just finished watching this a few minutes ago. Great dvd! Could you do a post on your travel bag for your lighting set up? I love that it can be used as a carry-on as well. Is it sold for camera gear or is it something you modified to use? Thanks
Hi Karen: I’m not sure I understand, because the post you’re commenting on contains the very thing you’re asking for….what am I missing? Bob

Never mind, I found the link for the case in a different post. Sorry, that was a stupid question.
Hi Karen: Okay good, I thought it was up there somewhere! Bob
